Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established, multi-site organisation on the recruitment of a Recruitment Advisor.

Working closely with the HR Manager and wider HR team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across a diverse range of operational and corporate vacancies. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building talent pipelines and finding innovative ways to attract candidates. You'll play a key role in supporting business growth, enhancing employer branding and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Duties:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define role requirements.
  • Recruit across a broad range of positions including operational, driving, warehouse, distribution and head office roles.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, direct sourcing, networking and other attraction methods.
  • Create engaging recruitment campaigns and support employer branding initiatives across social media platforms.
  • Attend job fairs, recruitment events and community engagement activities to attract talent.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and secure hard-to-find candidates.
  • Manage pre-employment checks, right-to-work documentation and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor recruitment performance metrics and recommend process improvements where required.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience attracting candidates through multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A creative and proactive approach to recruitment, employer branding and candidate attraction.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions independently.
  • Resilient, adaptable and able to respond quickly to changing business priorities.
