We are recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services organisation for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join its People team. This permanent role is based in Brierley Hill and offers hybrid working (2 days from home) and a salary of £45,000 per annum.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract, select and onboard high-quality candidates. The role will deliver a proactive, efficient and candidate-focused service, develop effective attraction strategies and help strengthen the organisation’s employer brand.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding
- Partnering with hiring managers and the Resourcing Manager on recruitment requirements, workforce planning and business cases for new roles
- Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking and other attraction channels
- Screening applications, shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews and assessment activities with relevant stakeholders
- Developing and implementing innovative attraction strategies that support hiring objectives and strengthen the employer brand
- Promoting diversity, equity and inclusion by attracting and engaging a broad and diverse talent pool
- Supporting onboarding activities to help new starters make a smooth transition into the organisation

Experience/skills required:
- Experience delivering recruitment activity in a fast-paced environment; experience within legal or professional services recruitment would be advantageous
- Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and purposes
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, with a calm, resilient and solutions-focused approach to deadlines and competing priorities
- A positive and flexible approach to teamwork, alongside the confidence to work autonomously and contribute to shared goals
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality, candidate- and stakeholder-focused service in line with organisational policies and standards
- An understanding of how recruitment activity supports wider organisational objectives and team performance
