About the Role

As part of our Go National Contract wins, we will be expanding and recruiting into new locations over the next 12 months. As such, we are now looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our friendly, supportive and busy Recruitment Team.

In this role, you will primarily manage recruitment for our Warehouse Operatives and Operational Team Leader/Supervisory roles across all of our locations. You will source, screen and manage the end to end recruitment journey for our core operational colleagues, making sure we have the right people in place at the right time for our Depots to be able to deliver our services.

About you

You will have previous recruitment experience in a high volume environment or if you have Operational experience and a deep knowledge of Warehouse Operative/Team Leader responsibilities and processes and what makes a good candidate for these roles, we would like to hear from you.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills along with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, utilising our Recruitment system is essential.
