Recruitment Advisor | Dudley - Hybrid | Growing Professional Services Firm | 3 months FTC | Up to £35K

Are you an experienced Recruitment Advisor looking for a short-term opportunity where you can make an immediate impact?

We are working with a well-established professional services organisation in Dudley who are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their wider HR team on a 3-month FTC.

This is a great opportunity for a confident, stand-alone recruiter who enjoys managing the full end-to-end recruitment process and can work autonomously while partnering closely with the wider HR function and SLT.

The Role

You will take ownership of recruitment across the business, managing vacancies from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding. Working as part of the broader HR team, you will act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of vacancies
  • Taking detailed briefs from hiring managers and advising on recruitment strategies
  • Advertising roles and proactively sourcing candidates
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Managing the candidate journey through to offer and onboarding
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Providing recruitment advice and market insight
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring processes are followed
  • Supporting the wider HR team with recruitment-related activity and projects

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident working autonomously and can quickly get up to speed in a busy professional environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience working in an internal Recruitment Advisor / Recruiter role
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting within a professional services environment, such as legal, financial services, accountancy, property or consultancy
  • The confidence to operate as a stand-alone recruitment specialist
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a broader HR team
