Job Opportunity: Talent Advisor at London Accountancy Firm
Wise May is seeking a Talent Advisor to join a prominent London Accountancy firm in the City. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established organization and support a dynamic, high-achieving Recruitment team in their Early Careers recruitment efforts.
Role Overview
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that focuses on coordinating a high volume of interviews, managing candidate logistics, and supporting the full early careers lifecycle. Your responsibilities will ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Contract Details
- Duration: 12 months fixed-term contract covering maternity leave
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid working offered

Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing Early Careers Recruitment: Oversee all aspects of early careers recruitment from start to finish.
- Interview Scheduling and Logistics: Manage interview scheduling and logistics through the ATS system.
- Liaising with Stakeholders: Communicate with candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external early career professionals.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist with the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, including automation initiatives.
- Candidate Care: Ensure a high level of candidate care and professionalism at all stages of the hiring process.

Key Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in Early Careers recruitment coordination.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, hardworking, and positive approach.
- High attention to detail and ability to work at pace.
