Make a Difference in Healthcare Recruitment

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Recruitment Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You'll play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent across our services, helping us build teams that support our mission of simplifying healthcare and improving lives.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of vacancies, including operational, contact centre and corporate roles. Working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you'll deliver a professional, engaging and efficient recruitment experience while ensuring best practice and compliance throughout the hiring journey.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns across the UK and Ireland.
- Partnering with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Writing engaging job adverts that reflect HealthHero's brand and values.
- Screening applications, coordinating interviews and guiding managers through the selection process.
- Ensuring recruitment activity remains compliant with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from application through to offer.
- Supporting recruitment reporting, workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within healthcare or another fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
- Confidence using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
- Good understanding of UK employment legislation, with Irish employment knowledge advantageous.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach with a genuine passion for people.
