Recruitment Advisor – Apprenticeships & Early Careers
Wilmslow | £26,000 base + £10,000–£12,000 commission in year one | Uncapped earning potential
Love speaking to people, understanding what makes them tick and helping them take the next step in their career?
This is a brilliant opportunity to build a career in recruitment and talent, helping people access apprenticeship and training opportunities across the fast-growing digital and technology space.
You’ll work with prospective learners, getting to know their ambitions and career goals before matching them with the most suitable programme and supporting them throughout the enrolment journey.
What will you be doing?
Think of it as recruitment, but instead of placing candidates into traditional vacancies, you’ll be helping people find and secure the right apprenticeship or training opportunity for their future.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
