A top law firm working on complex contentious and non-contentious matters is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to cover all aspects of business services recruitment on an 18 month fixed term contract.

You will come from an agency background and be comfortable working autonomously and with conviction. Hiring managers will look to you for guidance, and you will have the gravitas to advise them and challenge them where needed.
What you will be doing:
- Liaising with agencies
- Screening CVs
- Managing the ATS
- Conducting interviews with hiring managers
- Advising on hires

What we are looking for:
- Agency recruitment experience
- Confidence to influence and advise at all levels
- Ability to work autonomously
- ATS experience
