Recruitment & HR Officer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment & HR Officer to join our HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support the business during an exciting period of growth.

This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Role Overview

This is a predominantly recruitment-focused role, responsible for helping us attract, recruit, and onboard talented individuals across the organisation. Working closely with hiring managers, you will manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the business to meet its hiring objectives.

Alongside recruitment responsibilities, you will provide general HR support to the wider team, assisting with employee lifecycle activities, HR administration, and the delivery of an efficient and responsive HR service.

In return, we can offer an attractive base salary, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a 5% employer pension contribution, death in service x 4, and Medicash.
