Recruitment and Resourcing Manager
This leading and well known Not for Profit organisation is looking to hire a Recruitment and Resourcing Manager for their offices in Manchester. You'll oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure the organisation attracts the right talent. Your role will play a key part in supporting the human resources team to meet staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

Description
Reporting to the Chief HR Officer and managing a team of Recruitment Officers, the Recruitment and Resourcing Manager's duties will include:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and secure top talent for the organisation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the creation of job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Coordinate and participate in candidate interviews and assessments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain an effective resourcing plan to meet future workforce demands.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.

Profile
The Successful Recruitment And Resourcing Manager Will Have
- Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing (not for profit exposure desirable).
- A strong understanding of human resources practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Competence in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.

Job Offer
A salary of c.£40,000 (dependant on experience) plus an excellent benefits package
Please note, this role will be based at the organisation's offices in Manchester 5 days a week.
