We're looking for a friendly, organised and confident people person to join our team as a Recruitment & Sales Assistant.
This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in helping us grow our care team and support families looking for outstanding home care.
What You'll Do
Recruitment & talent attraction
- Being the first point of contact for people interested in joining our care team
- Having engaging conversations with candidates to understand their experience, values and suitability for care work
- Helping applicants feel comfortable and confident throughout the recruitment process
- Scheduling interviews and supporting recruitment campaigns
- Assisting with onboarding and compliance processes
- Help to continue to attract and retain exceptional carers

Customer Enquiries
- Acting as a first point of contact for individuals and families seeking care and support
- Taking time to understand each person's circumstances, concerns and care needs
- Explain our Outstanding rated services with warmth, confidence and professionalism
- Building trust with families during what is often a difficult and emotional time
- Following up enquiries and nurturing relationships through to assessment and service commencement
- Helping prospective customers understand how we can support them to live safely and independently at home
- Supporting the management team in converting enquiries into new care packages through exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting sales and growth activities
Office Support
- Maintaining accurate recruitment and customer records
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and community events
- Supporting the management team with day-to-day office activities
- Helping ensure the office remains organised and efficient
- Generally becoming the person who knows where everything is and keeps things moving

About You
- Care Experience Isn't Essential.
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys building relationships and talking to people
- Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Is confident using the phone and computer systems
