The Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for recruitment and selection processes for police constables, civilians, student placements and volunteers, for vacancies that occur, both internal and external, including onboarding initiatives that reflects the Service’s Vision, Mission Statement and Motto, with a commitment to marketing the Police Service as an Employer of Choice.

The Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also:
- Organize, facilitate and support unit projects, such as selection processes, career fairs and recruiting events in accordance with the Service’s strategic plan, goals and objectives
- Provide administrative support for the HRIS software
- Support the People Service’s Manager with achieving Divisional goals and objectives
