Recruitment Apprentice - CWASizewell C
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Apprentice to join our in-house Recruitment team on the CWA. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment supporting a dynamic and fast-growing project.
Our in-house recruitment team is responsible for attracting, screening, and onboarding talent across multiple disciplines including engineers, site managers, technicians, and support staff. You will be part of a collaborative team working on this flagship project.

- Screening CVs and applications from candidates
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with a senior recruiter
- Maintaining recruitment databases and candidate records
- Assisting with job advert creation and posting across platforms
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees
- Administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Attending recruitment events and supporting recruitment campaigns
- Learning about legal compliance in recruitment (GDPR, employment law)
- Providing basic candidate support and managing enquiries
Qualifications
- 5 GCSE's at grade 4 or above including Maths and English

Currently seeking an apprenticeship, you will need to be:
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online platforms
- Eager to learn about recruitment and HR processes
- Able to work as part of a team
- Reliable and professional in your approach
- Interested in the civil engineering or construction industry (desirable but not essential)
