About Us
We are a well-established recruitment agency with a reputation for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions to Engineering and Manufacturing businesses across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Area Manager to lead and develop our Industrial Engineering (Blue Collar) temporary recruitment division across our Redditch, Birmingham and Wolverhampton branches.
Role Overview
As a Recruitment Area Manager, you will manage a team of consultants across all locations, with responsibility for developing and expanding the team as the business continues to grow. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong blend of leadership, business development and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Development
- Lead, manage and develop a team of consultants across Redditch, Birmingham and Wolverhampton.
- Grow our Industrial Engineering (Blue Collar) temporary recruitment division.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Attend client meetings and site visits to develop long-term partnerships.
- Create and implement strategic growth plans across the region.
- Coach, mentor and support consultants to maximize performance.
- Monitor KPIs, revenue and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to recruit and develop additional team members.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experienced Recruitment Manager, Branch Manager, Team Leader or Senior Consultant with a background in temporary recruitment.
- Proven success within industrial, engineering, manufacturing or blue-collar recruitment.
- Strong business development and account management experience.
- A hands-on leader who can inspire, coach and develop teams.
- Commercially driven with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about growth, performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
