About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR or Recruitment Professional seeking to get end to end recruitment exposure within a fast-paced and prestigious organisation whilst having the support from their highly-experienced Talent team and availing of career progression opportunities.

What Will You Do as Recruitment Assistant?
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for designated roles, from vacancy through to offer and onboarding.
- Manage vacancies, job adverts and candidate records on Recruitment Systems
- Arrange interviews, assessments, technical tests and assessment centres.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing a professional candidate experience.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, hiring managers and internal HR stakeholders.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts and other recruitment documentation.
- Support Digital Early Careers programmes including apprenticeships, vacation schemes and training contracts.
- Coordinate university engagement, recruitment events and early careers campaigns.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, support reporting and contribute to recruitment projects and process improvements

What Will You Require as Recruitment Assistant?
- Proven experience in Recruitment Administration or HR role involving recruitment
- Advantageous to have experience in a professional services environment
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Highly-skilled in utilising ATS or Recruitment Systems
