Responsibilities
- Upload and take down job adverts (Workable and LinkedIn)
- Manage queries in the recruitment inbox and delegate tasks
- Work with managers to plan and organise new starter induction plans
- Book interviews into managers' diaries
- Send interview confirmations to candidates
- Prepare and coordinate assessment centre interviews
- Train new managers on systems
- Supporting the recruitment team with ever-changing day to day responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Maintain confidentiality within HR
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams
- Willingness to learn
- Experience using ATS - Workable/LinkedIn advantageous but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills
