If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Sherwood Forest Hospitals is extending an invitation to an experienced HR/Recruitment professional to join our dynamic recruitment team.
Role Overview
The Recruitment Assistant plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care by providing efficient, responsive, and customer-focused administrative support. The post holder will contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and services, ensuring candidates, managers, and stakeholders receive a professional and effective service.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking a wide range of recruitment administration duties, including managing face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns from vacancy approval through to appointment.
- Providing operational support to the Trust's centralised recruitment programmes.
- Ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and in compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Job Details
This is a fixed-term position for 8 months with short-term funding, established to provide dedicated support for a specific project.
