Ryder Reid Legal Recruitment Assistant Role
Ryder Reid Legal are recruiting for a Recruitment Assistant on a 4 month Fixed-Term Contract basis starting ASAP! This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious administrator with some recruitment experience to gain exposure within a professional services environment and support a busy, collaborative recruitment team responsible for fee-earner, business services and graduate hiring.
In this role you will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring candidates and hiring managers receive an efficient and professional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support across all recruitment activities
- Coordinating interviews, managing diaries and booking meeting rooms
- Preparing offer letters and employment contracts
- Assisting with the creation and updating of job descriptions
- Supporting candidate onboarding processes, including background checks, conflicts checks and visa requirements
- Responding to candidate and internal recruitment queries
- Assisting with graduate recruitment initiatives, including Vacation Schemes, Open Days and campus events
- Supporting the team with ad hoc recruitment projects as required
