About the Role

UR is looking for a proactive and well-organised Part-Time Recruitment Assistant to support our growing recruitment activities in the UK.

This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on recruitment experience and would like to further develop their career in an international and fast-paced business environment. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support recruitment across a range of corporate and retail positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple vacancies.
  • Post and manage job advertisements on LinkedIn, Indeed and other relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Proactively source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
  • Support the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment materials.
  • Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment administration where required.
  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Provide general recruitment and HR administrative support as required.

About You

Essential requirements:

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
  • Practical experience in candidate sourcing, CV screening and interview coordination.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, responsible and comfortable working independently.
  • Good written and spoken English.

Preferred:

  • Previous recruitment experience within fashion, retail, consumer goods or a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Experience recruiting for both retail and office-based positions.
  • Knowledge of the UK recruitment market.
  • Mandarin Chinese language skills would be an advantage, but are not essential.
