Recruitment Associate (Delivery)
Location: Hyde, South Manchester
Salary: Reflective of experience + £10,000–£20,000 commission potential in year one
Recruit in a specialised sector working with senior professionals. You’ll be supporting UK and international searches across specialised, niche markets offering the opportunity to work with highly accomplished professionals and develop strong commercial understanding early in your career.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Source high-calibre candidates
- Identify talent through LinkedIn & internal databases
- Manage the candidate journey from first contact through to placement
- Manage CV preparation, interview coordination and advert management

Experience Needed
- Sales experience
- Confidence and proficiency using digital tools (e.g. LinkedIn, CRMs)
- Confidence communicating with senior professionals
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
- Organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
