Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Development Manager to join us. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in generating new business in the Fintech or financial trading sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of the fintech or financial trading industry, including market trends and key players.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and cold calling.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaborative success.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new recruitment partnership opportunities in the fintech and financial trading space.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, aiming to achieve win-win agreements.
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the Vincere (CRM) system.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
