Role: Recruitment Business Manager - Agency Sales

Location: South West London
Working: Hybrid
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Uncapped Commission
Experience: 3+ years agency recruitment experience

About Loom Talent

Loom Talent is a specialist recruitment consultancy built around a simple idea - recruitment should be about relationships, not transactions. We combine the experience and expertise of a traditional recruitment business with a more modern, transparent, and people-focused approach.

Our core markets include Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and HR. More than 80% of our business comes from repeat clients.

We are now looking to add an experienced recruiter to our London team as we continue to grow.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced hire with a minimum of 3 years' recruitment agency experience. Ideally, you'll have experience recruiting within Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related sector, although we will consider strong recruiters from other specialist markets.

You'll inherit an established platform, but you'll also have plenty of scope to develop your own clients, build your market, and ultimately create your own success story within Loom. You'll work closely with the wider team while having the autonomy to run your desk, develop relationships, and influence the direction of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
