Role Overview
As a recruitment business partner, you play a crucial role in the recruitment process, supporting our efforts to attract and retain top talent across the Fire and Security sector. The Recruitment Business Partner will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Accountabilities
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
- Define Candidate Profiles and Establish Effective Recruitment Strategies Tailored to Each Role by Collaborating with Hiring Managers. Collaborate with all stakeholders as a trusted partner.

- Utilize Various Sourcing Methods, Including Job Boards, Social Media, Employee Referrals, and Networking, to Identify and Engage Potential Candidates.
Screening and Interviewing
- Conduct Initial Phone Screenings and Coordinate Interviews, Ensuring a Smooth and Efficient Process for Candidates and Hiring Managers.
Candidate Experience
- Maintain Open Communication with Candidates Throughout the Recruitment Process, Providing Feedback and Support to Ensure a Positive Experience.
Offer Management
- Prepare and Extend Job Offers to Selected Candidates, Negotiating Terms as Needed and Conducting Background Checks as Part of the Onboarding Process.

Reporting and Analytics
- Track Recruitment Metrics and Prepare Reports to Assess the Effectiveness of Recruitment Efforts and Recommend Improvements.
Diversity and Inclusion
- Promote Diversity in Hiring by Implementing Strategies that Aim to Attract a Diverse Candidate Pool.
Skills & Experience
- Proven Experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Strong Understanding of Recruitment Platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Sourcing Techniques
- Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities and Work Effectively in a Fast-paced Environment
- Proficient in Using Microsoft Office Suite and Recruitment Software
