Recruitment Business Partner – Willis Global
Willis Global is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Recruitment Business Partner to join our team. If you enjoy developing client partnerships, driving commercial activity, and working across international markets, this role offers strong earning potential and an opportunity to be rewarded for playing a key role in a company's growth.
The role would suit a 360 recruiter or sales / business development executive with 3 -5 years of experience.
We recruit across Freight Forwarding, Customs & Trade Compliance, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Aviation & Aerospace — partnering with clients in the UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC, and the US.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
- Building and developing client relationships
- Generating new business through outreach, networking, and research
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting
- Conducting interviews and assessing suitability
- Advising hiring managers on shortlists, feedback, and offers
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Working towards weekly and monthly activity/placement targets
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven B2B sales experience and comfort working to targets
- Commercial awareness and confidence in business development
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage your own desk
- Recruitment experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
