Recruitment Business Partner (12-Month FTC)

Part-Time - 3 Days per Week - London office 1-2 days per week

We're looking for a talented and commercially minded Recruitment Business Partner to join our People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 3 days per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building strong relationships, shaping hiring strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience across multiple regions and functions.

As our Recruitment Business Partner, you'll be much more than a recruiter. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, using talent intelligence, market insights, and proactive sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent and help the business achieve its growth ambitions.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll partner with leaders and hiring managers across the business to deliver an efficient, inclusive, and high-quality recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from approval through to offer stage.
  • Source and engage candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and agency partnerships.
  • Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and business needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Manage offer negotiations and support successful hiring outcomes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment advice and market insight.
  • Support the creation of clear, engaging, and inclusive job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future business-critical roles.
  • Represent the organisation externally through networking, talent communities, industry events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and the CHRO to ensure a joined-up approach to talent acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.
  • Ensure agency terms are agreed and in place before recruitment activity commences.
  • Provide timely interview feedback and maintain excellent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Draft employment offers and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide talent market intelligence to support hiring decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from people who bring a combination of recruitment expertise, relationship-building skills, and a genuine passion for finding great talent.

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience within an internal recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment business partner, or agency recruitment environment.
  • Experience recruiting internationally across multiple countries and regions, not solely within the UK.
  • Experience supporting hiring across a range of corporate, commercial, operational, technology, or specialist functions.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing talent through direct channels, LinkedIn, networking, talent communities, and job boards.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously across different geographies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies (Lever experience would be advantageous).
