About The Role

We’re looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our Internal Recruitment team based at our Head Office in Barton-upon-Humber.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you’ll take ownership of recruiting for a large volume of vacancies at any one time across multiple areas of the business. These include Retail, Retail Management, Finance, IT, and a wide range of Head Office functions. You’ll play a key role in supporting our continued growth by ensuring we attract and secure top talent across all departments.

Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you’ll act as a trusted recruitment partner, balancing multiple priorities, managing high activity levels, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

The role is Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, including 1 day working from home per week once fully trained.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across a high volume of vacancies, from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and timelines, providing expert guidance on recruitment strategy.
  • Proactively source, attract, and engage candidates using a variety of methods including direct sourcing, networking, talent pooling, and events.
  • Attend recruitment events and careers fairs where required, representing the business and promoting opportunities to attract top talent.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial telephone and shortlist candidates against role criteria.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Manage offers end-to-end, including salary negotiation, offer approval, and communication, ensuring a positive candidate journey through to acceptance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

About You

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, managing high volumes of vacancies across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction through to offer management.
  • Skilled in candidate sourcing techniques, with a proactive and creative approach to finding talent.
  • Confident in conducting telephone and/or video interviews, with the ability to assess candidate suitability effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with ATS systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Enthusiastic, resilient, and driven, with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
