Recruitment Business Partner – £50,000 to £55,000 – hybrid – 6 month fixed term contract
We are recruiting for a Recruitment Business Partner to support operational and volume hiring across a busy multi site organisation. Working closely with Operational Directors, you will help plan recruitment needs, attract candidates and improve hiring processes.
This will be an initial 6 month fixed term contract and travel to the office will be needed 1-2 days a week.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with Operational Directors to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Manage operational and volume recruitment, ensuring vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.
- Support workforce planning to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Organise and attend career fairs and recruitment events to build candidate pipelines.
- Streamline recruitment processes and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Use recruitment data to monitor progress and identify improvements.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience operating as a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Partner ideally within a multi-site organisation.
- Operational/volume based hiring experience such as retail, hospitality, healthcare.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and challenge senior operational leaders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing hiring priorities.
