Job Title: Care Assistant & Companion (Permanent)
Location: Fareham (PO14 1AH) Pay (effective 1st April): £13.30–£14.85 per hour (paid mileage included) Hours: Morning, Afternoon, or Evening shifts
Key Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence & personal vehicle
Responsibilities (The Role)
Each day varies, offering rewarding opportunities to:
- Provide companionship & community outings (e.g., social visits or leisure activities)
- Prepare meals for clients
- Assist with light domestic duties (cleaning, errands, etc.)
- Support with medication administration (prompting or assisting as needed)
- Drive clients to shopping or appointments
- Offer personal care support (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)

Hours & Flexibility
Choose from 16–40 weekly hours. Flexible shift options:
- Morning (8am–2pm)
- Weekend shifts
