Company Description Our office was established in 2010 and our mission is to brighten the lives of seniors giving them a sense of purpose, wellbeing & worth. This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business. Job Description As a Home Instead Care Professional, your clients visits may consist of: Breakfast, lunch or dinner preparation Personal Care Help with medications and self-care Companionship Accompanying your client to appointments, or a visit to the shops Helping your clients to get ready in the morning or with their night-time routine Qualifications No previous care experience is necessary, because full training is provided to all our care professionals. Home Instead is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults and expects all staff to share this commitment. This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is a must for the role. Additional Information What we provide: One hour minimum visits with clients to foster relationship-led care - complete talks without rushing and really get to know your clients. Regular team activities, including Care Professional of the quarter awards, Above and Beyond award, team meetings and a 'Refer a friend' bonus scheme. Full award winning training, including City & Guilds certificated courses on Dementia, End of Life and Parkinsons Care. With continued support from our office available around the clock. Competitive pay between £12.50 - £13.50 per hour and in addition paid travel. Exclusive discounts at big brand stores, utility providers and more!
