FT Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our client, a specialist fulfilment and logistics company that is experiencing continuous growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the recruitment process.
The Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing candidates and supporting the workforce throughout their journey with the business.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinating candidate onboarding and documentation
- Processing weekly payroll and ensuring candidates are paid accurately and on time
- Managing candidate holidays, absences and availability
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and databases
- Communicating regularly with candidates to provide updates and support
- Working closely with the wider recruitment and operations teams
- Helping to ensure staffing requirements are met efficiently
- Resolving candidate queries and handling any issues professionally

About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident dealing with people.
Ideally, You Will Have
- Previous experience within recruitment or logistics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail, particularly when handling payroll and candidate information
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage your own workload
- A genuine interest in building a career within recruitment and logistics
