Recruitment Co-ordinator - 3 Month FTC

Description
Are you ready to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience and help attract talented people who make a positive difference?
You will support in the coordination of end-to-end recruitment activity, supporting candidates and hiring managers across legal and business services vacancies. Working closely with the Resourcing Manager and wider HR team, you’ll help deliver an efficient, compliant and engaging recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews and assessments
- Manage recruitment inboxes and candidate queries
- Prepare offers and recruitment correspondence
- Coordinate pre-employment checks
- Support recruitment projects and onboarding
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- You’ll be organised, proactive, and keen to learn.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Recruitment coordination experience is preferred
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- ATS and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Confidential and professional approach
