360 Recruitment Consultant
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: up to £35,000 (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Sutton Coldfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and matching great candidates with great opportunities - from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment cycle: business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placements
- Proactively identifying and winning new client relationships through calls, meetings, and networking
- Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates within your specialist market
- Writing and posting compelling job adverts, and headhunting where needed
- Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for client vacancies
- Negotiating rates, salaries, and terms with clients and candidates
- Managing the offer process through to successful placement and beyond
- Hitting and exceeding personal and team targets

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role (agency experience essential)
- A confident, resilient, and target-driven attitude
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of business development and billing
- Someone who's organised, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for recruitment and building long-term relationships
