Job Title: 360 Recruitment Consultant
Workload: Full time hours
Setup: Permanent
Location: Manchester (Hybrid, Spinningfields office, WFH Mon & Fri)

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant specialising in Renewable & Alternative Energy, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, sourcing top engineering and technical talent, and delivering recruitment solutions across the renewable energy sector.
This is a full-cycle recruitment role covering both business development and candidate management, focused on supporting key projects within offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, hydrogen, battery energy storage systems, grid infrastructure, carbon capture, and other emerging clean energy technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Management
- Develop and grow a portfolio of clients across the renewable and alternative energy sector.
- Identify and secure new recruitment opportunities through proactive business development activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with project developers, EPC contractors, consultancies, OEMs, and energy operators.
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements and project workforce planning needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms, recruitment agreements, and fee structures.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and industry insights to clients.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement and onboarding.
- Source, attract, and engage technical professionals using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess technical suitability.
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates within renewable energy disciplines.

Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and strong networking capabilities.
- Sales / Customer Service / Customer Facing background could be advantageous.
