Recruitment Consultant - Hybrid - Walton-On-Thames

Both full and part-time candidates will be considered.

About us

Network Talent partners with some of the most exciting companies in the Technology sector, helping them build high-performing B2B sales teams across the UK, US and Europe.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and engaging high-quality sales candidates across a range of SaaS/B2B/Professional Services sectors.

Alongside recruitment, you will provide general administrative support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive recruitment training and ongoing support, alongside the flexibility to work remotely and work flexible hours. The role requires attendance at our Surrey office once per week.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify and source high-quality sales candidates through LinkedIn, Bullhorn CRM, referrals and other relevant channels
  • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, to identify suitable sales talent
  • Write and publish engaging job adverts that attract high-quality sales candidates
  • Support the growth of the Network Talent brand across LinkedIn
  • Assist with CRM and database administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information within the CRM system
  • Create targeted candidate lists for the sales team as required
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing invoices, customer presentations and emails
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the Network Talent website

What we need from you

  • 2+ years Recruitment experience
  • An understanding of sales recruitment or the technology / SaaS / software / B2B / Professional Services or Events sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • Well organised, likeable & coachable
  • A strong command of spelling, grammar, and writing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commutable to Walton-upon-Thames once per week
