The Role

You'll build relationships with candidates and clients while developing your own specialist market. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Sourcing, headhunting and qualifying candidates
  • Managing candidates through interviews and offers
  • Building candidate and client relationships
  • Developing your network and generating new business
  • Keeping up with market developments
  • Building and growing your own business portfolio

You'll have responsibility from an early stage, with the training and support to help you succeed.

You might be a recent graduate, have recruitment experience, or be in a sales or commercially focused role. We're looking for someone who is:

  • Ambitious, resilient and motivated by results
  • Confident communicating with people
  • Competitive and comfortable picking up the phone
  • Organised, positive and willing to learn
  • Prepared to work hard and take ownership

You don't need recruitment experience. You do need drive. Additional language skills, particularly German, French or Mandarin, are advantageous but not essential.
