Talent Connect Group (TCG) is looking to speak with experienced 360 recruiters who have a proven track record of winning clients, building relationships and consistently billing.

The Opportunity
You'll own your own specialist market within FinTech & AI, managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle. This means:
- Winning and developing new client relationships.
- Partnering with founders and leadership teams on key hires.
- Building long-term candidate networks within your niche.
- Becoming recognised as a genuine specialist in your market.
- Working with some of the world's fastest-growing technology businesses.
We're looking for recruiters who want to build something meaningful not simply move jobs.

Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in 360 recruitment.
- Proven business development ability.
- Strong billing track record.
- Ambitious, competitive and commercially minded.
- Passion for becoming a genuine market specialist.
- Excited by the opportunity to relocate to Dubai.
