Location: Brighton or London (Hybrid Working)
Division: Consulting & Technology – Specialist Services
Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Bonus

Davies Group is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Working alongside experienced consultants and industry specialists, you'll help connect talented individuals with opportunities across financial services, technology, regulatory change, and business transformation.
This is more than a traditional recruitment role. You'll develop specialist market knowledge, gain exposure to leading organisations, and receive structured training and support designed to help you build a successful long-term career.

What You'll Bring
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
- Build strong relationships with candidates
- Identify and engage talent
- Conduct interviews and assessments
- Support the candidate journey from initial engagement through to placement and aftercare
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver against client hiring requirements
- Develop market knowledge
- Share insights with the wider team
- Coach candidates through interview processes
- Ensure all activity is completed accurately and compliantly
