Experienced Recruitment Consultant - STEM Recruitment

The Opportunity

You'll join an established team operating within one of the world's fastest-growing STEM sectors, working with leading businesses across Europe or the United States. We are hiring into the following teams:

  • EU Permanent Service Engineering
  • USA Permanent AI Hardware
  • USA Permanent Data Centres
  • USA Permanent Space & Satellites
  • USA Contract Data Centres

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
  • Winning new business and developing existing client relationships.
  • Building specialist talent networks within your market.
  • Managing interview processes from initial briefing through to offer.
  • Negotiating fees and commercial agreements.
  • Becoming a genuine market expert within your specialist discipline.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for ambitious recruiters who want to maximise their earning potential whilst building a long-term career. You'll ideally have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience (360 recruitment essential).
  • A proven track record of business development and placements.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High levels of ambition, resilience and motivation.
  • The desire to work within specialist, high-performing STEM markets.

Working Hours

EU Teams

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

USA Teams

  • Monday - Thursday: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm

Office Location

This is a fully office-based position, working five days per week from our headquarters in Billericay, Essex.
