An established specialist recruitment business is looking to appoint an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its growing Manchester team.
Operating within a highly specialised technology market, the business partners with universities across the UK to deliver recruitment solutions for large-scale digital transformation programmes. With an outstanding reputation, long-standing client relationships and established framework agreements, this is an opportunity to join a market-leading business with genuine long-term career prospects.
This role would suit a recruiter with at least 12 months’ experience who is looking to join a collaborative, high-performing environment where personality, ambition and work ethic are valued just as highly as billing history.

The Opportunity
- You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building relationships with both clients and candidates while developing your own specialist market.
- The business operates predominantly within the contract market but is equally keen to strengthen its permanent offering, making the role suitable for recruiters from either background.
- You’ll receive ongoing support from an experienced leadership team while being given the autonomy to develop your own client base and progress your career.
What They’re Looking For
- 12+ months’ recruitment experience (180 or 360 backgrounds considered)
- Experience within either permanent or contract recruitment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, competitive and commercially minded
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in recruitment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
