Our Business

Amberes Recruitment is a global search partner to high-growth technology companies across AI, Cybersecurity, and SaaS. We partner with VC and PE-backed businesses from first hire through to IPO, working directly with founders, CROs, and investors to build revenue-generating teams.

We operate as a lean, high-performance business, focused on quality over volume. The majority of our work is retained or exclusive, supporting clients across the US, UK, Europe, and increasingly APAC.

We have strong momentum across our core markets and are now looking to bring in someone at the early stage of their career who wants to break into headhunting and build something meaningful with us.

Who This Is For

As well as people with 3 - 12 months of sales experience (from any industry), this position is open to graduates from any degree background. What matters is not what you studied, but how you operate.

We are looking for individuals who see themselves as high achievers. People who set standards for themselves, follow through, and take ownership of outcomes. This is a strong fit for those who are commercially minded, naturally driven, and want to build a long-term career in headhunting.

You should have an entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who takes initiative, thinks ahead, and looks for ways to improve how things are done.

The position is highly operational. You will be managing multiple candidates, processes, and stakeholders at once, often across different geographies. You need to be organised, detail-oriented, and able to keep control of moving parts without things slipping.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will be speaking directly with senior candidates and acting as a key point of contact throughout the process, so confidence, communication, and professionalism are essential.

This is not a passive or reactive position. It requires structure, consistency, and a process-driven approach. The individuals who succeed here are thorough, disciplined, and take pride in executing at a high standard.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Delivery Consultant (180) to join the business, focused on candidate generation, qualification, and delivery across live mandates.

This position is ideal for graduates, entry-level professionals, or individuals looking to transition into a career in headhunting. You will work directly with the Managing Director and senior consultants on high-value searches, with around 85% of roles being exclusive or retained.

This is not a high-volume environment. You will work on fewer roles, at a much higher level, with stronger clients and larger fees.

You will be trained directly by senior leadership and given real responsibility from day one. You will learn how top-end search is actually executed, not just how to source CVs.

We actively leverage AI tools across sourcing, research, outreach, and process management, allowing you to develop faster and operate at a higher level early in your career.

There is a clear pathway into a 360 Consultant position within 8–12 months.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own candidate delivery across live mandates spanning AI, Cyber and SaaS
  • Build and manage high-quality talent pipelines across niche markets
  • Headhunt and engage top-tier candidates across the US, UK, Europe and APAC
  • Qualify candidates in depth, including performance, deal size, progression and motivations
  • Manage interview processes end-to-end, including prep, feedback and closing support
  • Work closely with the Managing Director on search strategy and execution
  • Deliver consistently against weekly CV and interview targets
  • Build market knowledge to support your progression into a 360 role
