Training & Development

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing candidates to successful placements.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the tech industry.
- Conduct interviews to assess suitability and provide expert recommendations to clients.
- Stay informed on market trends in Financial Tech and Energy Trading to offer strategic insights.
- Achieve personal and team targets to drive business growth and professional success.

- 1+ year of experience in recruitment or sales.
