This doesn't guarantee you'll be matched to this specific role - Via reviews every application (AI first, then a human checks the fit) and shortlists the right candidates. Your profile also stays active for other relevant roles on the platform, and stays anonymous until you match. It takes just a few minutes.

About Via

Via is changing the way people recruit. We're an AI-powered recruitment platform built to make hiring faster and smarter and we're growing our delivery team. If you love the hunt - sourcing, headhunting, and getting the right candidate in front of the right client but want out of the BD grind, this is built for you.

The Role

This is a pure 180° role - process only, zero business development. Roles land on your desk already won. Your job is to go and find the best people for them, fast, using our AI-powered tools to work smarter than a traditional desk allows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
