Recruitment Consultant – 180 Delivery or 360
Bristol | Queen Square | Hybrid
Queen Square Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the centre of Bristol.
We’re open to people from different recruitment backgrounds. You might be a strong 180 Delivery Consultant who loves finding and engaging great candidates, or an experienced 360 Consultant who wants to develop and manage their own client base.
The role can be shaped around your experience and strengths.
As a 180 Delivery Consultant, you’ll focus on:
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Building strong candidate relationships
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Working closely with our 360 consultants on live vacancies
- Developing your market knowledge and candidate network

If you’re joining us as a 360 Consultant, you’ll also:
- Develop new client relationships
- Build and manage your own desk
- Win vacancies and negotiate terms
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial client contact through to placement
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates
