About The Role

Qualifications
The successful candidate should have a minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields. - Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to analyze the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
