About Us:
Connect Group has been around for 5+ years, helping companies across the UK and Europe build great teams across IT, Software, Marketing, and Technology.
We’re not your typical recruitment agency. We work hard, move quickly, and genuinely enjoy what we do. We’ve built strong, long-term relationships with some seriously exciting businesses.
Our average fee is around double the typical UK recruitment agency, and that’s because we focus on quality rather than simply pushing CVs. We take on a lot of responsibility, get properly under the skin of our clients’ businesses, and work as an extension of their team.
And while we take the work seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We work hard, have fun, and celebrate the wins.
Within Connect Group, Connect-AI is our specialist division focused on AI, Data, and Software recruitment, helping some of the most exciting technology businesses find the people they need to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
