Founded in Silicon Valley in 2009, IntelliPro is a globally recognised talent solutions firm serving leading companies across technology, internet, healthcare, and smart manufacturing. With strong operations in North America and Asia, we are now building our UK team and looking for commercially driven recruiters to help establish our presence.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities (360° Cycle)

  • Business Development – Identify, pitch, and secure new client accounts across the UK technology sector through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Partnership – Build trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders, understanding their talent needs and selling our value proposition.
  • Full-Cycle Delivery – Manage the entire recruitment process from job brief to offer negotiation and post-placement follow-up.
  • Market Intelligence – Stay informed on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive dynamics to advise clients effectively.
  • Performance – Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs in a results-driven environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
