What you'll be doing
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Growing your own specialist market
- Negotiating deals and generating revenue
You will recruit into thriving industries including Food & Drink Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Personal Care and Chemicals. Our sectors are not impacted by what is happening in the world today. They will be here today, here tomorrow, and here 30+ years from now.

Who we are looking for?
- Ambitious and driven individuals, motivated to make money
- Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships

- Degree educated (2:1 or above preferred)
- Sales experience is a bonus, but not essential
