Recruitment Consultant to help generate business across Germany

Rize Deutschland's London office is looking to hire ambitious, professional and motivated sales professionals to help support our technology clients across Germany.

Suitable candidates will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top tier engineering talent across a variety of sectors including energy, telecommunications and ICT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles in Germany, from job intake to offer negotiation.
  • Partner with clients to understand their technical hiring needs and develop effective talent strategies.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, ensuring technical and cultural fit.
  • Provide guidance to clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and hiring strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM.
  • Actively contribute to the growth of the engineering recruitment desk through business development and client acquisition.

Preferable Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist in the engineering sector.
  • An understanding of engineering roles and terminology (e.g. mechanical, electrical, automotive, industrial).
  • Demonstrated the ability to build and manage client relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • German language skills would be preferable but not essential.
