Associate / Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

Location: Manchester

Established in 2018 with the goal of building a forward thinking recruitment agency that does things differently, we make it our mission to empower people and shape futures. Strativ Group specialises in technology, engineering and sales recruitment.

As we continue to grow, we're hiring 6 junior Recruitment Consultants to join one of our highest performing Technology teams in Manchester. You'll join a structured intake alongside consultants at a similar stage in their careers, receiving hands on coaching, market expertise and the support needed to build a successful recruitment career.

What your role entails:

You'll operate your own specialist recruitment desk, partnering with innovative businesses and high calibre professionals within your market - combining business development, candidate generation and relationship building. Our structured onboarding, dedicated Learning & Development programme and ongoing coaching from experienced consultants are designed to set you up for long term success from day one.

Your responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively with your team to share knowledge and contribute to collective success
  • Conducting market mapping to identify talent and generate commercial insight
  • Building relationships with candidates across your specialist technology market
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing long term client partnerships
  • Negotiating offers and managing recruitment processes for both clients and candidates

The experience you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in sales, a customer facing role OR the ambition to build a career in recruitment
  • Confidence communicating with new people and building genuine relationships
  • A strong work ethic and the motivation to achieve ambitious goals
  • Resilience, curiosity and a willingness to learn - you're somebody who sees challenges as opportunities to learn and improve
