About the Company

As a Delivery Consultant at Techyard, you'll play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, focused on delivering top-tier talent to our clients across various technology sectors. You will work closely with both the recruitment and client management teams to ensure our clients receive the best candidates, while candidates benefit from your guidance and expertise throughout the hiring journey. This is a client-facing, performance-driven role where you'll be expected to manage candidate pipelines, develop and nurture relationships, and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy. You'll be at the heart of our business growth, representing Techyard brand and reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Leverage various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, direct sourcing, referrals) to proactively source, engage, and assess candidates for a wide range of technical roles.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with timely updates and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Guide them through interviews, offering advice and interview guidance.
  • Interview Coordination & Feedback: Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring clear communication and managing schedules. Collect feedback from both parties post-interview and take action accordingly.
  • Client Liaison: Work closely with our recruitment consultants and account managers to fully understand client requirements, tailoring candidate searches to meet job specifications. Ensure clients are kept up-to-date on the status of candidate searches.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep an organized and up-to-date pipeline of active candidates for each client requirement. Maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure continued engagement.
  • Market Insight & Strategy: Stay informed on the latest trends within the tech industry, sharing market intelligence with clients and candidates. Actively contribute to recruitment strategies, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Deliver consistent results by meeting personal KPIs and contributing to team goals. Regularly report on your progress, challenges, and any opportunities for process improvement.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for every candidate throughout the recruitment journey, maintaining the high standards Techyard is known for.
